- Feeding Schedule: We support your pet’s regular feeding routine and can accommodate special dietary requests.
- Daily Updates: Receive regular updates with pictures and notes to stay connected with your pet during training, boarding, or sitting.
- Equipment Provided: We supply our own leashes for all services, ensuring safety and comfort.
- Premium Holiday Pricing: Please note that holiday rates may apply.
- Liability Waiver: A signed waiver is required for all services.
- Vaccination Records: Up-to-date shot records are mandatory for all dogs.
- Meet and Greet: Schedule a meet and greet to ensure compatibility and comfort for all dogs involved.
- Advance Booking: A 48-hour notice is required for all bookings to ensure availability.
- Food Supply: Owners must provide enough food for their pet’s stay. Additional charges apply if we need to supply food.
- Dog Information: Please inform us of any behavioral issues, allergies, or specific needs your dog may have.
- Puppies: Must be started on crate training and on a potty schedule (they don’t need to be potty-trained, just on a schedule)
